Yup, ED has no desire to use up that whole end of Spring window, something unforeseen could happen, but they want it out as soon as they can.

Sorry to burst your waiting bubble, I talked to an ED staff member yesterday and they said we can most likely expect it
within 1-2 months. That end of spring is just a huge buffer in case of set backs.

This is pretty much it, they have internal goals, but as the Hornet is so complex, they wanted a buffer as not to disappoint if they missed that. Chances are we will be flying the Hornet sooner than we think, but ED is just being careful. This is a big product for them.

BTW: A co do dyskusji o zasadnosci preordera to dodam tylko, ze ED to nie jest korporacja, sa mali i praktycznie jedyni na rynku. Nie maja stalych zrodel dochodow z DCS, i to nie jest jakis tam kickstarter z 95% ryzkiem braku realizacji, wiec postrzegam preorder jako kredytowanie ich. Tym bardziej ze Hornet to bedzie taki wol roboczy jak Guziec tylko do kwadratu
A tak na zimno koledzy, zastanawiam się co ED powstrzymuje przed wydaniem Szerszenia teraz? Na filmikach Hornet lata, systemy jak i uzbrojenie jakie wymienili w early access też działa,
Radar A/A nigdy nie wykryl celu na wideo, nie pokazali jego submodes, ani razu AIM-7 nie strzelony, RWR nie dziala kompletnie, brak countermeasures (chocby flar nawet na trailerze w miejscach gdzie powinno sie stosowac przy lowlevel), brak TAMMAC, INS wyglada na niekompletny, zero wzmianek o ACFS(autopilot), ....
