Hello mrdetonator and welcome to our board, I'm glad you've decided to join us

I've quickly explored my own modest photo archive associated with the MiG-23MF aircraft in Poland and ex-russian MiG-23M monument in Słupsk-Rędzikowo (EPSK) which you are referring to, but so far unfortunately I did not managed to found anything more than what you have already posted here.
As far as I know the history of the ex-russian MiG-23M which you are referring to (MiG-23M, nr fabr. 024004602, Słupsk-Rędzikowo EPSK) is somehow slightly more complicated. As I've learned ealier, during that times the Russian fighter regiment 871 IAP based at Kołobrzeg AFB operating the MiG-23M fighter-interceptors maintained very close contacts with our 28 "Słupski" Fighter Aviation Regiment (28.PLM) based at the Rędzikowo AFB near Slupsk. This was due to a fact that 28.PLM was the sole regiment in Polish AF (WOPK) which operated the MiG-23MF/UB fighters. Hence, the two regiments maintained close and friendly contacts and planes from Russian unit were often seen landing on Słupks-Rędzikowo AFB and vice versa.
So when the 871 IAP fighters were preparing to be moved and relocated elsewhere (presumably to Brzeg AFB), it was decided to give actually three complete MiG-23M to the Polish regiment to be dismantled for obtaining additional spare parts. However, after the performed disassemblance there were at least one complete ex-russian MiG-23M airframe (to be more specific - an empty hull) and some less important spares left. In the meantime our technicial personnel figured out that some of them could be used to build an "new", slightly uncompleted, but still quite good looking airframe of the MiG-23M.
As it happened a "new" MiG-23M was build. It is the very same aircraft serving as a monument and standing today at the gate near the Słupsk-Rędzikowo airport (EPSK). Eventually this is the airframe of MiG-23M side number 46, serial number 024004602. It is worth to notice that now that particular plane bears the number 1979 - the year the MiG-23MF was introduced into Polish service.
If you ask me, I suspect that it is quite possible that the fuselage of this particular MiG-23M is highly incomplete and some parts, antennas and other things that you're interested in can be missing. I'm certailny hoping that foxbat155 or Czesio has better photo archive than myself and more to say on that...
